Delivery Times and Costs

All packages are shipped from Belgium (EU).

Delivery times:

No shipping from December 21, 2024 to January 1, 2025.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 – 3 days (i.e. taken over by the shipping service provider). From then on, UPS, DHL or the postal service take care of the parcels or mails and we no longer have any influence on the speed of delivery. Below you will find a list of estimated delivery times per destination, based on the information provided by the shipping service provider.

Once your order is shipped via UPS, DHL, or registered mail, you will receive a tracking code to monitor your shipment. We and our shipping partners do our best to get your product to your doorstep as fast as possible.

Express parcel shipping:

  • EU: 1-3 days
  • USA, UK and  Canada: 3-5 days
  • Worldwide: 3-10 days

Standart parcel shipping:

  • EU: 3-10 days

Mail and registered mail shipping:

  • EU: 3-10 days or more
  • Worldwide: 5-20 days or more
Please note: While postal services are generally reliable, if you choose standard mail shipping without tracking, we are unable to verify delivery status or issue refunds in the event a shipment is reported missing.
Shipping cost:
Shipping cost will be calculated during checkout, before you place your final order.
For any destinations outside the EU, USA or Australia, you often pay import duties and taxes. These import duties and taxes must be paid by you and we are not responsible for them. If you refuse to pay these fees, the package will not be released by customs.

If the delivery fails because you refused to pay import duties and taxes, or for any other reason beyond our control, and you no longer want the package, you will be refunded the full cost minus the shipping and return shipping costs after the package has been returned to us.
