Returns and Refunds
Your order is not what you expected? You can withdraw from the purchase within a period of 14 calendar days without giving any reason, provided that the product has not yet been used. You cannot return the product if it is used or damaged. After the withdrawal you have 30 days to return your product. Within 14 days after we have received the product back you are refunded the full amount of your order, but not the delivery costs charged by us for shipping the goods outside EU. The cost of the return is to be paid by you.
